About Intergroup

Intergroup is a Toronto based janitorial and operations service provider. Our clients include some of the city’s most prominent management companies and building owners.

Since 1974, we’ve been dedicated to providing superior support. We’re proud to say we’ve never lost a contract over price or service. In fact, we still work for some of our original clients.

The buildings under our care are small or intermediate properties. We know what we’re good at. That’s why we specialize in this scale of property. Some are components of large, landmark portfolios. Those clients know that with us as part of their team, they can focus their energy on maintaining their more demanding investments.

John Karelis

John came to Canada as an immigrant from Greece. He started and built Intergroup with his own hands. Now semi-retired, we’re grateful for his continuing contribution to the company as an expert consultant.

Nondas Karelis – President/Owner

Nondas earned a BSc. in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology – then started at his dad’s company as a general labourer in 1980. He worked his way up the ranks and now owns Intergroup.
